On the morning of August 22, 2017, a delegation of Taiwan youth delegation and the delegation of the Chinese Civil Aviation Management Cadre Academy visited the Aviation College of Kunming University of Science and Technology and conducted an exchange discussion. Vice President Wang Hua met the visitors.
Gao Hongjiang, deputy dean of China Civil Aviation Management Institute, introduced the relevant national policy trends and the development of the civil aviation industry, and made specific suggestions for the development of our Aviation College. He also stated that the cooperation between the two schools will be further strengthened on a good foundation in the previous period. Taiwan experts and scholars attending the forum fully affirmed the construction of the Aviation College, and put forward many opinions and suggestions on the exchanges and cooperation between Kunming University of Science and Technology and related universities in Taiwan. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on cross-strait exchanges of teachers and students, exchanges of scientific research, and other topics, indicating that they will continue to maintain contact and communication in the next step and strive to develop substantive cooperation.
Before the symposium, the guests visited the flight simulation laboratory of the Aviation College, the platinum Junchuang drone R&D center, the “Flying Tigers” exhibition hall, the Yunnan Aviation Education Development History Exhibition Hall, etc. And communicated with teachers and students who are carrying out teaching activities.
