On the morning of December 6th, Hamada Shimo, head of the department of airport services science at the International Exchange Center of the Central Japan Aviation College and his team, accompanied by the person in charge of Kunming Fei'an Aviation Training Co., Ltd., went to our hospital for academic exchanges.
Professor Hamadashi said: The core of cultivating aerospace professionals is "cultivating people." It is first of all to teach students how to be honest, trustworthy, caring, and socially responsible, followed by teaching professional knowledge and skills. At present, the school has three colleges: Aviation College, Automobile College, and Hospital College. The Aviation College consists of three majors: airline maintenance, aircraft design and manufacturing, and ground service. There are 1019 students in the school. The enrollment ratio is 31:1. After graduation, all students work in the Japanese aviation industry-related companies. The salary is relatively good. In the past 6 years, the employment rate of graduates is 100%. The school regularly holds "Game Competition" contests. For outstanding students, the school will provide opportunities for foreign exchanges, enrich professional knowledge, and improve business standards. At the same time, it will also reserve better candidates for the National ANA and Japan Airlines. In the future course of running a school, if there are suitable opportunities, we can also carry out study and exchanges by sending students to each other’s university to jointly enhance and make progress.
In the process of free exchange, both sides mainly focus on how to run aerospace academies, how to train aviation talents, how to set up aerospace professions, how to cultivate a faculty with a global perspective in the aviation field, how to interface with aviation companies to develop order-based students, and the future The development prospects and opportunities in the field of aviation civil aviation have been discussed and exchanged.
Through this academic exchange, the two sides established a preliminary contact between the two parties, and preliminarily opened up the international cooperation of the Aviation College to jointly train aviation talents. At the same time, from the aspects of school ideas, school experience, professional settings, personnel training, etc. provides a good reference experience.
After the symposium, Prof. Hamadashi and his delegation accompanied the college leaders to visit the Institute’s simulated flight laboratory and the platinum Chunchuang passenger drone R&D center.
